Service Description

We all have personal lifestyle habits, and a team wellbeing culture, but what about the effect that operational factors have on employees? Great personal lifestyle habits can easily be de-railed by workplace operations if not carefully thought out. Think of them as 'operational lifestyle habits'. Are your operational lifestyle habits negatively impacting your employee's lifestyle habits and each team's lifestyle habits? Work long and late culture. Expectation to answer emails at 10pm. Lunch at your desk culture. Beige canteens. Sweets in reception and the training room. Beige banquest for training events. Vending machines full of sweets on site. Junk van at 11am every day. difficult access to get outside at breaks. Inflexible working patterns... All of the above can decrease engagement, whilst increasing absenteeism, presenteeism and even lead to employees leaving your organisation. But it doesn't have to be this way. By learning a key principle to filter site decisions through, then taking account of how your operational practices (operational lifestyle) are affecting your staff you'll be able to dramatically reduce their previous impact on engagement, absenteeism, presenteeism and staff turnover. I'll help you start from where you're at to create an operational lifestyle that helps everybody thrive. Senior Leaders will learn: 1. The decision-making tool to guide future wellbeing decisions 2. How to identify operational practices that affect 7 key wellbeing zones 3. How to create a plan for change and a action group to lead it Workshop takeaways: 1. PDF handout covering key ideas from the workshop 2. 90 days coaching support
